I recently had a very old water heater replaced. Chris and Joey were the techs who did the install. They were awesome. They arrived at my residence on time, were extremely nice and professional, and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I appreciate all of their hard work. The new water heater is working just fine. Thanks to everyone at Premier Pros who I spoke to and encountered throughout this process.

Cost effective and a good neighbor-like experience first comes to mind with Premier PROS. Jonathan, Jamil, and, Noah took care of my house much needed pumbling needs, including installation of a new water line for my water softener.

Sept 15, 2025, Jonathan Salazar came to service our water heaters and check our pipes as part of our yearly maintenance plan. He was also here because I called the office about a slow kitchen drain. Jonathan was very professional. Before entering, he slipped on his paper slippers over his shoes so he wouldn't dirty our floors. He immediately went to our double sink and tested each sink drain. His assessment was there was no clog in the pipe but rather the slow sink had accumulated food gunk. He recommended application of enzyme powder sold on Amazon.I was relieved it wasn't a bigger problem!
After draining the water heaters, he made suggestions on how to improve their efficiency. As with the previous Premier Pro Techs who came to my house, Jonathan was not condescending or pushy. He informed and educated me which is really what I liked. I hope he comes back again if I need a plumber!
