We had a faucet blockage and same day we requested assistance, Jonathan Salazar came out and took care of it. He also scheduled a full inspection to ensure there were no other issues for the same week. We didn't have to worry about scheduling. He was on-time, thorough and courteous. This has been the best plumbing company to date.

I had John look at my hvac system. Heater wasn't heating. He diagnosed the issue and found out exactly what the issue was. Very honest and informative. They give free estimates and were on time. Excellent service by Jonathan and team. I was able to get him into my home in 30 minutes! I requested service to multiple companies on Yelp and Premier was prompt at getting me scheduled. With Jonathan on my side I was able to learn a lot about my new home. He made sure I understood every aspect from water lines to water softeners and my water heater.

Hospitality is given and received less and less. This morning I called John at Premier Bros. to ask if they would stop by to light the pilot to our new system that was installed recently. We acquired many quotes (a whirlwind) of them and I thought that John had installed the unit. When John arrived I was informed that he/they did not install the unit. I was embarrassed and I apologized. He immediately asked to check the unit in the attic and "turned on the gas" for us. All I can say is hospitality is alive and well! Thank you so much.

I can't say enough about these guys! I had all the plumbing replaced including the sewer line as well as HVAC replacement and they did a fantastic job for a fair price. Everyone was very professional and helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them!
